FUNDING AND COLLABORATIONS
We are open to suggestions, participation and help from potential fundraisers and donors. Until now we have supported the early stages of this project out of our own resources, with the promise and backup of a successful fundraising program taking place in the United Kingdom. However, one of our principal project directors recently left to start his own charity, taking with him this fund raising resource.
We also hope to raise funds within Trujillo from companies and evens within the community. This will have the duel effect of raising funds and at the same time will sensitize the population to the plight of many who live and share the same city. Perhaps if everyone cared more about the poverty within which so many live enough pressure could be placed on the Government to change some of it’s policies.
Bruce Peru- Bruce Peru is based in the center of Trujillo with the mission of supporting street children and abandoned mothers. The Arriba.Ya project has been started by Bruce Peru and can count on it’s infrastructure of volunteers offering medical, legal, psychological and social help to support it.
